Credit Cards

Our books can be purchased with a number of payment options.  Of course you can use our website right now and make your purchase using your credit card. You can also call (406) 586-8775 and place your credit card order over the phone.

Checks

We will also accept your payment by check.  Please contact us with the title(s) and the number of books.  One of our staff will be happy to take your order and let you know the total price.  At that point, simply mail your check (payable to Second River Healthcare) to:

Shipping Options

Orders within the Continental United States

Orders are shipped from our offices in Bozeman, Montana within two business days from the day the order is received. You can choose to have products shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by the United Parcel Service (UPS).

USPS shipments can be sent by priority mail or media mail.

- Priority mail will arrive 2 to 5 business days after the shipping date. 
- Media mail usually arrives within 6-10 days but can take 7 to 21 days to arrive after the shipping date.

*Please note that we are unable to track United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments. We do use Delivery Confirmation on all of our shipments, but this service only tells us the date and time of the delivery and is only effective if the Postal carrier scans the item when it is delivered.*

UPS shipments can be sent under any of UPS’s standard shipping options. 

- UPS Next Day Air will arrive the next business day after the shipping date.
- UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date.
- UPS Ground will arrive 3 to 6 business days after the shipping date.

Return & Refund Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and in the rare instance a defective product is shipped, we will gladly replace it at no charge and with no additional shipping charges, but we can not accept general product returns or offer refunds. If you receive a defective item please contact us using the contact information at the top of this page.
